Pelatihan Pengolahan Data Menggunakan Ms. Excel Bagi SDM SPSN Bale Bermain

Abstract

Abstrak: Guru sebagai garda terdepan harus mampu meningkatkan kompetensi baik dalam hal kemampuan metodologi pengajaran maupun kemampuan teknis yang berhubungan dengan penggunaan teknologi sebagai penunjang proses pembelajaran. Pemanfaatan teknologi informasi belum sepenuhnya diterapkan untuk peningkatan kompetensi guru tersebut salah satunya adalah pemanfaatan Ms. Excel untuk pengolahan data siswa. Guna mengatasi permasalahan yang dihadapi Guru dan Staf di SPSN Bale Bermain, tim pengabdian kepada masyarakat Universitas Nusa Mandiri melakukan kegiatan pelatihan pengolahan data menggunakan Ms. Excel. Metode yang dilakukan dalam pelaksanaan kegiatan ini adalah pengajaran teori, tutorial (pendampingan) dengan menggunakan modul, diskusi dan tanya jawab. Adapun materi yang diberikan adalah pengenalan workbooks, worksheets, formula dan function, conditional formatting, logical dan mathematical function, serta charts di Excel. Target capaian luaran dari kegiatan ini yaitu penerbitan press release di media online dan publikasi jurnal. Hasil akhirnya berupa peningkatan kompetensi dan kinerja guru dan staf dalam bidang pengolahan data serta tujuan dari proses belajar mengajar tercapai atau sesuai yang diharapkan yaitu lebih efisien dan efektif.

Abstract: Teachers as the front line must be able to improve their competence both in terms of teaching methodology skills and technical skills related to the use of technology to support the learning process. The use of information technology has not been fully implemented to improve teacher competence, one of which is the use of Ms. Excel for student data processing. To overcome the problems faced by Teachers and Staff at SPSN Bale Bermain, the Nusa Mandiri University community service team conducted data processing training activities using Ms. Excel. The methods used in implementing this activity are theoretical teaching, tutorials (mentoring) using modules, discussions, questions, and answers. The materials provided are an introduction to workbooks, worksheets, formulas and functions, conditional formatting, logical and mathematical functions, and charts in Excel. The target output of this activity is the publication of press releases in online media and journal publications. The result is an increase in the competence and performance of teachers and staff in the field of data processing and the objectives of the teaching and learning process are achieved or as expected, namely more efficient and effective.
