Abstract: Occupational Safety and Health (OSH) is a vital component in creating a safe, healthy, and productive work environment. This is especially important in the informal sector such as motorcycle repair shops, where the risk of work accidents is quite high due to the use of heavy equipment, exposure to hazardous chemicals, and the lack of implementation of safe work procedures. This community service was carried out at Mr. Sukirno's Motorcycle Repair Shop located in Pawidean Village, Jatibarang District, Indramayu Regency. The purpose of this activity is to provide education and increase awareness of workers and repair shop owners regarding the importance of implementing K3 principles in daily work activities. The activity was carried out through the stages of initial observation, delivery of K3 materials, participatory discussions, simulations of the use of personal protective equipment (PPE), and distribution of educational media in the form of leaflets and posters. The results of the activity showed an increase in workers' understanding of potential work hazards, the importance of using PPE, and the need for simple safety procedures that can be applied consistently. This activity is expected to be the first step in forming a safer and more sustainable work culture in small repair shops, as well as making a real contribution to reducing the potential for work accidents in the informal sector.
